This has to be one of the most pathetic stories I have heard from western PA. Somebody stole this woman's ramp, she uses a wheelchair, so now she cant leave the house and get into her van. This is worst than the time a guy with a sword robbed the Domino's pizza store for crack money (he got less than $60 - they use a safe with a $60 max cash drawer). The police think it was stolen for its aluminum, probably pawned at a scrap metal recycling place.
