Prehistoric shark caught live off Japan

Here is the prehistoric shark caught off Japan swimming in a marine life refuge. The sad thing is that the shark was just hours (minutes) from death. So we are seeing a beautiful creature that is struggling to stay alive in a very unusual, hostile environment. These sharks normally live at around 2,000 ft, so you can imagine how it felt being a sea level. At 2,000 ft the ocean would crush us, so at sea level the shark must have felt itself trying to explode outward. It was caught near the surface, so something was wrong with it - it was doomed already. Still I feel sorry for the shark. In a strange environment, lost, dying, and being filmed.
