McNugget Martini - try not to vomit but vodka makes everything taste better.....

these two young women invented the McNugget Martini, it involves filet of fish, milkshake, mcnuggets and a bottle of vanilla vodka. The picture is captioned "try not to vomit," but this only goes to show vanilla vodka goes good with anything.
