Deniro's greatest role - he wanted to film russian roulette scenes with live bullets - Cimino the director was so shocked, that he had a staff member in charge of deniro's gun, to make sure it wasnt loaded. Denero thought, that greatest scene ever, me with a loaded gun, unsure if I will blow my brains out. Deniro thinks his roles were downhill since Deerhunter. great movie - one of the all time best, along with Casablanca, Citizen Kane, Third Man, Donnie Darko, Big Lebowski, Walk on Water.
